Shipping

For larger packages, we are offer standard ground shipping via UPS or Fedex to our customers in the Continental United States. Smaller items may be shipped using USPS. Please note that, at this time, we do not ship outside of the continental USA. For more information, please contact us at hello@independencetactical.com

When you order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours with order acknowledgement. Please be advised that estimated shipping dates are subject to change. Once your product has shipped, you will receive an email confirming the shipment of your goods. This email will include tracking information for your use.

Returns

Below are our guidelines for all returns:

All unused, unopened merchandise in original packaging returned within 30 days of order date with a valid RMA will be credited 100% of the purchase price excluding shipping and handling charges. You will be responsible for all return shipping fees and we will not reimburse for the original shipping fee.

Any product with a quality defect or incorrect merchandise can be returned for a full refund. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your order to resolve the issue.

All returns made outside of the 30-day policy without authorization may be charged up to a 25% restocking fee. It is the discretion of our returns department.

Items returned that are opened, or outside the original packaging will be up to the discretion of our returns department. We may not be able to process an exchange or refund for returned goods or customers may be charged up to a 25% restocking fee.

All returns must be sent via a trackable carrier (USPS, UPS or FedEx)

With your return, Please include the RMA number. Return requests will not be considered without a valid RMA number.

Please make sure you have your tracking number available before checking on the status of your return.

Please allow 10-14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned items for proper credit, as it will take time before the refund appears on your card. We reserve the right to refuse any returns upon final review if all the above guidelines have not been met.

You will be responsible for all return shipping fees. We will not reimburse for original shipping fees.
